ABOUT ARMCO KENYA

ARMCO (K) Ltd designs, sources, and distributes reliable home and commercial appliances for Kenyan homes, businesses, and projects. We sell through our showroom and online store, supply institutions and trade partners nationwide, and support customers with authorised service, trained technicians, and genuine spare parts.

To make everyday life easier with dependable, fairly priced appliances—backed by responsive, local after-sales support.

WHY ARMCO

Our products are specified for Kenyan power and water conditions, our technicians are locally trained, and our parts and service are readily available. We coordinate delivery and installation where applicable, and we maintain clear, practical policies for shipping, returns, and warranties.

DELIVERY, SHIPPING & RETURNS

We deliver across Kenya, including Nairobi and up-country locations. Installation can be arranged for selected items. A Shipshap-powered returns portal is being implemented to simplify exchanges and returns; in the interim, email or call us to arrange an assisted return. On delivery, please inspect your order and report any transit damage before signing the delivery note.

WARRANTY (CATEGORY GUIDE)

Exact warranty terms are shown on each product page and your proof of purchase. Typical coverage ranges are: TVs (1–2 years); Refrigerators & Freezers (1–5 years, often up to 5 years on the compressor; other parts/labour may vary); Washing Machines (1–2 years); Cookers & Ovens—gas or electric (1–2 years); Microwaves (1 year); Water Dispensers (1 year); Small Appliances—kettles, irons, blenders, etc. (1 year); Air Conditioners (1–5 years, compressor typically at the higher end); Fans & Ventilation (1 year).

SERVICE & REPAIRS

For warranty or out-of-warranty service, contact service@armcokenya.com or 0726 22 9999. We assess the product, diagnose the issue, and proceed with repair or parts replacement. For out-of-warranty items, we provide a formal quotation for approval before work begins.
