π Armco Kenya β Meta User Data Deletion Instructions
Armco Kenya Ltd. ("we," "our," "us") utilizes Meta Login and Graph APIs to provide cross-channel marketing automation, campaign insights, and performance metrics via our application framework.
In strict compliance with Meta's Developer Platform Terms (Section 3), we respect your data control rights and provide a clear process for users to remove our application activity and request absolute erasure of any Meta-associated platform data.
If you have connected your Meta/Facebook account to the Armco Kenya App and wish to sever the connection and erase your data footprint, please follow these steps:
Phase 1: Disconnect Armco Kenya from Your Meta Account
1) Log into your personal or business Facebook account.
2) Navigate to your profile icon in the top right corner, select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.

4) Locate the Armco Kenya Marketing Platform app from the active list.
5) Click the Remove button situated next to the app name.
6) A confirmation dialog box will appear. Check the box if you wish to "Delete posts, videos or events Armco Kenya posted on your timeline" and click Remove.

2) Subject Line: Please use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request - [Your App Username / Company Name].
3) Processing Timeline: Our team will verify account ownership, acknowledge your request within forty-eight (48) business hours, and permanently overwrite all associated Meta Platform User Identifiers, access tokens, and cached marketing logs from our active live databases within sixty (60) days in strict accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
